Washable Items E.G. t-shirts, hoodies, hats, totes, makeup bags, garden flags etc... Turn product inside out wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid Bleach and Fabric Softeners. Air dry or Tumble Dry on low heat.

For Tumbles and Coffee Mugs Hand wash only.

Sublimation Transfers: If ordering 2"x2" we can fit up to 12 designs on one 8.5"x11" sheet (so you will get 12 designs.). If ordering 3"x3" we can fit up to 6 designs on one 8.5"x11" sheet. If ordering 4"x2" we can fit up to 10 designs on one 8.5"x11" sheet. If ordering 4"x4" we can fit up to 4 designs on one 8.5"x11" sheet.  If ordering 5"x3" we can fit up to 6 designs on one 8.5"x11" sheet.  If ordering 5"x5" we can fit up to 4 designs on one 8.5"x11" sheet.  If ordering 6"x6" we can fit up to 1 design on one 8.5"x11" sheet plus 3: 2"x2" designs. If ordering 7"x7" we can fit up to 1 design on one 8.5"x11" sheet. Sublimation:
You must have a Heat Press to apply your sublimation transfer. Place white non coated Butcher paper on the heat press, place a sheet of white cardstock or butcher paper inside garment(s) (or under the item) to prevent ink from transferring to the back of the garment or to your press platen, then place another white non coated Butcher paper on top of the garment. Make sure the image side is face down. Use heat-resistant tape to secure the paper to prevent shifting. Pre-press garment to remove moisture for 10 seconds. Do not remove the sublimation paper immediately after pressing. Let it cool slightly then remove to ensure vibrant, non-ghosted, and long-lasting results on sublimation blanks.  After pressing, carefully remove the sublimation paper while the substrate is still hot. Temp/Time: A typical starting point for garments is  385–400°F for 45–60 seconds. Pressure: Use medium-to-heavy pressure for hard blanks and medium pressure for fabric. We recommend checking with your heat press manufacture for press settings. Allow your product to cool down before handling.
Sublimation Tips & Tricks: 
Ensure the pressing area is completely flat, with no seams, collars or hems in the way of the platen. Use a pressing pillow to raise the area if needed. Use a lint roller on fabric blanks before pressing. Sublimation ink treats lint as a surface, resulting in tiny blue or black spots on the finished product.  Use butcher paper rather than Teflon sheets. Butcher paper absorbs excess ink and moisture, while Teflon can cause moisture to trap and make the image look faded. Prevent Ghosting: Secure your sublimation print tightly to the blank using heat-resistant tape to avoid blurry, "ghosted" images caused by the paper shifting. Do not reuse sublimation paper; the remaining ink can cause faint, ghosted images, or dirty marks. Dirty Press: Regularly clean your heat press platen, as residual ink can transfer to new projects.

DTF:
Pre-press garment to remove moisture for 10 seconds. Hot Peel. You'll peel the transfer film away while the garment is still warm immediately after pressing for optimal results.  Pressing temperature: 300-320°F - cotton and blends 270-290°F - polyester  Pressing time: 10-15 seconds Pressure: Firm. We recommend checking with your heat press manufacture for press settings. Final press with teflon, parchment, or another shirt 10 seconds.
DTF Tips & Tricks: 
Ensure the pressing area is completely flat, with no seams, collars or hems in the way of the platen. Use a pressing pillow to raise the area if needed. Achieve different results with teflon (glossy),  parchment (matte) or another shirt (soft and matte) - these will also help prevent damage and will distribute heat more evenly. Start your peel close to the boldest part of your design, avoid starting your peel close to fine details. Peel the carrier sheet back over itself, instead of away from the shirt. Lay the finished garment flat and allow to cool completely, to avoid permanent creasing.
 

Sublimation printing involves converting solid ink into a gas using high heat, which releases fumes that can be hazardous to health. Health Hazards of Sublimation Fumes:Toxic Vapors: The heating process creates a gas that, while necessary for transferring ink, should not be inhaled. These fumes can cause dizziness, headaches, and nausea, especially in small, unventilated rooms. Long-Term Exposure: Some crafters report that even with ventilation, high-volume production can lead to headaches and, if neglected, the fumes can cause respiratory irritation. Pet/Infant Safety: Sublimation fumes can be fatal to birds and hazardous to infants. Many users report that birds died after being exposed to these fumes, similar to the dangers of Teflon pan fumes. Ventilation and Air Quality Precautions: Open Windows and Fans: Always work in a well-ventilated area. Common practices include opening windows, using a fan blowing outwards, or placing the heat press near an open window. Move Outside/Garage: For high-volume projects, it is highly recommended to move the heat press to a garage, carport, or outdoor area. Air Purifiers/Respirators: Using an air purifier with a activated carbon filter (or HEPA filter) can help minimize the concentration of hazardous fumes in the air. Using a VOC respirator mask is recommended for added protection. Don't Use Household Ovens: Never use a convection oven for food after it has been used for sublimation, as the toxic gases will stick to the interior, making it unsafe for food preparation. Airing Out Sublimation Items: Substrate Odor: Some materials, particularly MDF items (like fridge magnets), hardboard, and some ceramic cutting boards, emit a very strong odor when heated. Airing Out: After pressing, it is advisable to leave the finished items in a ventilated area, such as a garage or a separate room with an open window, for at least a few hours to allow the fumes to dissipate.
